Fri, June 08, 2018, Special Museum Event: Frontier Tavern Dinner at The Historic McFarland House

Join us for a respite from your travels on the 1750’s American frontier. Colonel George Washington will be your host for an evening of dining and entertainment at the McFarland House Tavern.

You will be safe in his company from the dangers of the French and Indian alliance. Relax and enjoy!

Hors-d’oeuvres

Available when guests arrive, Bruschetta with baby heirloom tomatoes and Spanish olives on crostini drizzled with balsamic reduction and shaved parmesan

Join us every 2nd Thursday of the month from 9am-12pm for special Grandparents and Seniors Mornings! Tickets will be $4/person for both children and adults. The Museum is a wonderful place to learn about our rich regional history and to remember the local stories telling about how the Eastern Panhandle played a pivotal role in our nation’s history in so many ways. We look forward to your visit!
